NZ has one of the highest mobile phone charges in the world.This Vodaphone outfit now has the incredible audacity to charge customers one dollar to make a complaint about their service.So essentially the worse the service is the more money they make!.
It is about time someone placed a message on one of their many repeater towers and told them they could be facing large “maintenance costs” if they continue to blatently ripoff NZers.NZers are in a difficult position since there is only one other company competing with vodaphone and they are little better.(NZ Telecom was another rip off story for NZers with a select bunch of Jews who made millions from this formerly owned public asset)
