Himmlers cyanide lunch

Poor old Heinie,there he is trapped in an office,he has been nabbed by the Americans.He decides the game is up and bites down on his hidden cyanide capsule.Either he was sitting or standing at the time.After flopping around a bit Heine hits the dirt,or floor boards.Through a miraculous set of circumstances he ends up with both his arms neatly folded across his gut..yeah right
